Challenge
To guide Surprise in their new collection launch, helping them better understand how to connect with their target in a relevant and creative way and how to present the new collection through a brand storytelling that is honest and responds to real customer’s needs.

What we did
A fast-paced consulting project, based on human-centered design, where we gathered insights around the target, built the brand’s value proposition and created a brand Manifesto to be launched with the new collection.
