Challenge
The key mission was to identify what were the customer pain points in the customer journey and opportunities for improvements both in the restaurant and in the delivery service.

What we did
We invited a group of creative Mamma Jamma-loving  influencers to come and co-create the customer journey with us and identify what could be better and what could be awesome. During 4 creative workshops we’ve co-created a solution to improve the queueing moment in the restaurants and a fun new project to transform the delivery experience in more memorable moment.
